His famous slogans include 'The Car in front is a Toyota' and 'The Independent - It is - Are You?'. In 1993 he set up the London-based production company Arden Sutherland-Dodd where he is now a commercials director for clients such as BT, BMW, Ford, Nestle and Levis.

The book I’ve gifted the most is a book called It’s Not How Good You Are, It’s How Good You Want to Be. I think that’s the name of the book. I’m going to look it up right now. But it’s written by an ad man, and it’s about the art of advertising. The reason why I gift that book is because you can read it in 40 minutes.
